Wye Valley Cottage Food Packs
Would you like an order of locally produced organic food to be awaiting you on arrival at the Cottage ?

We work with a local supplier, Crooked End Farm, so that you know that you are getting top quality produce while supporting the local economy.

All items certified Organic, under the Soil Association label unless indicated otherwise. Produce is from the farm, or grown for the farm shop while the cider and perry is from our ancient organically managed perry orchard.

We work together with several local suppliers to ensure that we can supply a pack that is tailored to yourself. Please either email us or call for prices. Examples of items are as follows :


Eggs and dairy:
Free Range organic chicken eggs.
Butter and milk as per welcome pack.
Cheese: single gloucester cheese (award winning and unique to Gloucestershire)
double gloucester cheese
Harefield (a little like Parmesan and original to this producer}.

Beverages:
Apple Juice.
Cider.
Perry.
Orchard's Bottle fermented cider.
Wine.

Honey and Preserves:
Strawberry jam.
Raspberry jam.
Plum jam.
Honey.
Marmalade.

Fruit and Veg.
Fruit and Vegetable box(different sizes available). All fruit and veg locally sourced and seasonal.

Mushrooms.

Meat
Various cuts of lamb, beef, pork (can specify what's available week by week).

Poultry-Free range, but not certified organic:
Chicken, duck-whole and jointed (goose and turkey available for Christmas; need to be booked at least one month in advance of visit).

Fish
Locally caught trout.
Smoked salmon from a local smokery.

Food items supplied from Crooked End Farm , Crooked End, Ruardean, Forest of Dean.
